1. general acceptance of terms

Hence the collection of specific policies and terms and the TOU are known collectively as the “Agreement”.

2. Accessing the Website

While accessing ‘The Blitz Design’, you are allowed to make use of the site and its content (as mentioned below) for purchasing and evaluating the services offered. Besides the aforementioned, the user is not allowed to distribute, download, retain, use, or publicize any unauthorized information related to the website.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Blitz Design holds exclusive rights for the content available on the website, as well as the newsletters provided. External relationship and links The Blitz Design may also contain website links of other websites that are not managed and maintained by us.

3. Termination and Cancellation

The Blitz Design reserves right to terminate, reject, or cancel your order for any service provided by us, without prior notice. As a client, you must comply that The Blitz Deign will not be held responsible for termination, rejection, or cancelation of the order. The Blitz Design will refund your prepaid amount in case of termination, rejection, or cancelation, other than non-performance or breach of contract.

4. Refund Policy

The Blitz Design safeguards 100% satisfaction of the customer with our infinite Revision Policy (free) which allows you to improve on your initial design brief for free via the guidance provided by our account manager.

In case you want a refund, you have not published or used the designs throughout the Internet. If you are not satisfied with The Blitz Design. design services, you can contact us within five days to claim the refund. But if The Blitz Design does not receive a refund request within the first five days of the initial delivery of designs, it will be assumed by both the parties that the initial designs provided to you were satisfactory.

In the case of Combo / Special packages, a similar refund will be applicable as on single packages. A proof or receipt of the purchase of our services will be required to complete the process of return.

All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

1 – You will be eligible for a total refund in case your refund request is made before the delivery of an order (less 10% processing and service fee).
2 – You will be eligible for a 66% refund in case your refund request is made within 48 hours of initial delivery of design (less 10% processing and service fee).
3– You will be eligible for a 33% refund in case your refund request is made between 48-120 hours of initial delivery of design (less 10% processing and service fee).
4– You will not be eligible for any refund whatsoever if your refund request is made after 120 hours of initial delivery of design (less 10% processing and service fee). But since customer satisfaction is our number one priority, feel free to contact us, if you are facing any issue.
5 – You can communicate with our support staff to claim the refund requests. The Blitz Design reserves the right to approve or disapprove any individual requests for refund upon the user agreement violation.

Rejection to Refund Policy

The following are some of the points related to cancelation or rejection of refund policy.

  • Selecting a Combo package
  • Irrelevant reasons for cancelations
  • Not contacting the company for more than 2 weeks
  • Approval of primary design
  • Violation of company’s policies (any one or more)
  • Approaching other designer or company for the same project
  • Missing information in the creative brief
  • Demand to change the overall design
  • Expiration of ‘refund request’ timespan
  • ‘Disagreement with partner’ or ‘change of mind’ or anything not related to the services provided by The Blitz Design.
  • In case of subscription of a service bundle, if a customer is dissatisfied with one service within the bundle, the refund will not be provided for the entire bundle but only that service within
  • Once the final files are delivered, the customer will not be liable for the refund
  • Revision and refund, will not be applicable on free items
  • No refund will be processed to the customer after 90 days for the website and after 30 days for the logo, from the date of purchase.
  • After the approval of website design, the website is sent for development, thus, refunds will not be entertained once the process starts.

Refund Policy For Logo:

  1. There are no refunds for any rush service charges. 24-hour design fees and 24-hour rush changes are non-refundable.
  2. In case of refund approval, the client will get his amount credited back within next 7 Business Days (excluding bank or any other holiday taking place within).
  3. We won't entertain or refund any orders if the client stays non-responsive for 45 Days but the client can send us an email to hold the project if there is some personal issue. Also, if the client is non-responsive for more than 60 Days then the client has to pay an extra caution fee i.e. $150 for re-initiating the project.
  4. If the creative brief is not professionally completed or any part of the information is not fulfilled yet the client claims a refund and shows dissatisfaction; on that no such refund compliance is applied.


Refund Policy Related to Website

  1. We may initiate a partly refund a deposit for any unused time if the work is not complete but some of it has been implemented.
  2. No refund compliance will be applicable if the creative brief has missing information or not completed professionally, yet the customer is not satisfied.
  3. No refund will be catered if you have already approved or confirmed the acceptance of design and we have moved to the development stage.
  4. No refund will be catered if the website has been made live upon request of the customer, thus files are uploaded on a web server.
  5. Product or Services such as Downloadable Software, Domain Name Registration, and Web Hosting will not cater any refund
  6. Failure to communicate with us for more than 45 days, no refunds will be made unless at the discretion of the management of The Blitz Design.
  7. We will not issue any refunds whatsoever, if the company for whom the design was being made changes its name or closes down, or alters its designs.
  8. We will not issue a refund if “Special Offer” does not meet with our standard packages, as per advertisement
  9. No refund will be initiated if the final delivery is taken.

Refund Policy For Video:

1 – Refund will be processed if only work we were supposed to deliver on a scheduled time was either sent late, or not sent at all.
2 - Order for video content will be put into production after the date the customer sends in a fully filled questionnaire form, and once it’s been processed; it can’t be refunded. Our company holds the right to put the project on hold if customer does not send in the questionnaire form filled completely.
3 - If the video has been made live as per your request, by uploading files on your web server, then there’s zero % of refund.
4 - No refund will be provided after more than 3 revisions or once the script is finalized, which ever come first.
5 - No refund will be provided on promo prices.
6 - If deadline is not met because of a delay on client’s feedback, no refund will be processed.

After the refund, your design rights would be obtained by The Blitz Design and you would not be able to display any version of the design sent by company. Let us also specify that:

1 - Since the design rights would now be transferred to the company, you agree that you will have no right (direct or indirect) to use any response or other content, work product or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.
2 - Working in collaboration with the Government Copyright Agencies The Blitz Design would share Copyright Acquisition information for the refunded designs that would restrict the re-use of the designs as original designs in the future.
Acceptance of such refund shall constitute the Customer's sole and exclusive remedy with respect to such Basic Samples. Should the Customer receive such refund, Customer acknowledges that it will have no right (express or implied) to use any Sample or other work product, content, or media, nor any ownership interest in or to the same.

Refund Policy Related to Marketing:

  • In case we have not delivered work on the scheduled time or not delivered at all, a refund will be processed.
  • A refund will not take place if the marketing content will be put into designing, and the customer sends in a filled questionnaire form after the process has been initiated. The Blitz Design reserves the right to hold the project, if a customer sends an incomplete questionnaire form.
  • The customer will not get any refund whatsoever, if the marketing material is live on the Internet, upon the request of the customer.
  • The refund will not be processed if the client approves the calendar but do not like the content posted on the social media pages.
  • No refund will be processed if the client remains out of contact for more than 30 days, after the calendar is shared. The refund will not be issued If client approaches 30 days and files a refund.
  • Whether website design and development, or Digital Marketing, refund requests will be handled on a case to case and the basis of fairness.
    Furthermore, also note:

  • Despite having rights to the design, the client will neither have any right whether indirectly or directly to make use of media, response, content, or work product nor will have any interest in ownership or the same.
  • Coordinating with the Copyright Agencies of the Government, The Blitz Design would share information of Copyright Acquisition for the designs refunded that would restrict the re-use of the designs as original designs in the future.

Acceptance of such refund shall constitute the Customer's sole and exclusive remedy concerning such Basic Samples. Should the Customer receive such a refund, the Customer acknowledges that it will have no right (express or implied) to use any Sample or other work product, content, or media, nor any ownership interest in or to the same.

Refund Policy for Mobile Application:

  • The Blitz Design will only issue refunds after going through methodological analysis.
  • If the mobile application is found to be faulty, we reserve right to fix the issue first.
  • The Blitz Design will not fulfil the requests of wholesale changes.
  • Some of the things that may come into practice include compliance considerations, the analysis and determination of the client’s right to refund, and the nature of complaint filed by the customer.
  • No refunds will be issued on behalf of The Blitz Design, if the design is altered, renamed, or shuts down.
  • If the “Special Offer” do not match our standard packages according to the advertisement, no refunds will be issued.
  • No refunds will be initiated, once the final delivery is taken.

5. Revision Policy

We provide revision depending upon the package you selected. Customers can ask us for unlimited free revisions and we will revise their design without any additional charges provided that the design and concept remain the same. At any point if you would want to convert the design & interface then there'll be an additional fee which cohesively depends on the scope of your design, for example, if you opted website design and after seeing you change your mind and switch to application design then the policy will be implied automatically.
